Theres 5 categories in a career path and working around them or in them is the challenge. The minimium wage food & beverage service jobs then theres the penny & dimes higher working in retail or corporate office. Third is the raise with less supervising more micromanaging then second to last is the self starters their own schedule & have opportunity to freelance make your dollar how you want but battle the struggle of securing income. Now lastly the CEO’s & CFO s the ones who manage the managers and profits to secure the legacy well supposed to. So where am I currently # 4 the self starter role I am a Peer support specialist serving the homeless all the while pursuing my dream in guidance coaching & becoming financially stable in a dream that some may say is silly. I want to be the paublic speaker that inspirer and I go through waves from imposter syndrome to confidence is my bestfriend & I ride the waves of fazes not giving up because I know theres a succesful shore somewhere for me too.
