Make sure you break it down to never hit it again
“Sleep when baby sleeps, drink lots of water and practice self care and no hot tubs, baths, lifting more then 10lbs and sex for 6 weeks and a fever over 100 degrees call in or any sharp chest pain, also pump or nurse every 3 hours” the nurse said as she was handing me a folder filled of papers. As if my baby had a instruction manual literally gave me a booklet that said manual. I hit a wall & realized why am I stressing so much I carried this baby for 9 months and didnt get concerned as much as I was now I was comfortable well besides the back pain but other then that. So I looked at my baby as he nursed sang him our favorite song you are my sunshine and whispered we got this. He slept through the night most nights for the longest till about 4 months things began changing. I fed him when he was hungry bathed him regulary provided him attention affection and love and we made it to now 6 months happy healthy besides when he fell off my couch recently and fractured his skull gave me a heartache and I cried off and on for two days straight but he bounced back and still my happy healthy little boy and I broke down that wall over stressing about the doctors expectactions as long as my baby is healthy happy and breathing were good. #beingamomma
